CLIENT CHARTER

We promise and are committed to providing efficient, professional, ethical, and customer-friendly services to our clients as follows:

  1. Informing the decisions of the University Management Committee (JKPU) to the University Departments (PTj) under TNC (P&I) within three (3) days after receiving the meeting minutes from the JKPU secretariat.
  2. Coordinating the documents submitted by PTj to the JKPU secretariat within seven (7) days from the date of receiving instructions and complete information.
  3. Feedback to complainants shall be provided within one (1) working day to inform them that their complaint has been acknowledged and will be addressed.
